Data controller

The data controller is the operator of the TipsterHub platform, reachable at login@tipsterhub.pro or via the Telegram contact listed on the platform.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, nickname, language, preferences.
• Telegram data (only if you link your account): Telegram user ID, username and display name, used to match your affiliate data on the ecosystem bots.
• Commission data: balances, commissions, referrals and payout requests generated by your affiliate activity on the connected bots.
• Technical data: IP address and user agent in security logs and sessions; the IP of assistant conversations is stored hashed.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (contract): account, dashboard, Telegram linking, rankings and prizes.
• Service emails (contract): sign-in, welcome, operational notices.
• Promotional emails (legitimate interest towards registered users): activation tips and news; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email — sign-in emails keep working.
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest): logs and limits.

Where your data lives

Data is hosted on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany; DigitalOcean, Frankfurt). We use Brevo to send emails; AI assistant questions are processed by Anthropic. These providers act as data processors.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. You can request deletion at any time: we will remove personal data not required by legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR arts. 15-22), plus the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to login@tipsterhub.pro.

Cookies

We only use essential technical cookies (sign-in session and preferences such as language and theme). No profiling or third-party cookies.
